KZ thrust ball & spherical roller thrust bearing
We have a huge inventory of KZ thrust ball bearings and KZ Spherical roller thrust bearings.
Our KZ brand bearings are designed to carry axial loads with radial load carrying capacity.
Thrust ball bearings
Thrust Ball Bearings are designed to optimize axial / thrust loads in one direction or dual direction. These are made of a bearing ball supported in a ring, which can be used in low thrust applications where there is little axial load.
They are available in ISO metric and inch series. Thrust ball bearings have two stiff and ground thrust plates with matching ball grooves on one side and 1-piece brass cages with precision balls. In some low-speed applications, a full enlargement of balls without a cage is used to increase thrust capacity.
These are not for high speed applications. At high speeds, sliding movement may occur between the balls and the raceway. Thrust bearings absorb axial loads from stationary swirl to stationary housings or mounts in which they are turning. The axial loads are render linearly along the shaft.
Perfect examples of axial loads are air-propelled airplanes as a result of forward thrust on boats or rapid propulsion of their propellers.

KZ Spherical roller thrust bearings are designed to carry high axial loads. Spherical roller thrust bearing is a rolling-element bearing of thrust type that permits rotation with low friction and allows angular misalignment. These have off-balance sphered rollers. The bearing is structured to take radial loads and heavy axial loads in one direction. Commonly these bearings support a rotating shaft in the bore of the shaft washer that may be misaligned in respect to the housing washer. The misalignment is possible due to the spherical internal shape of the house washer. These bearings are suitable for applications where the shaft proportionate to the housing bore is prone to angular misalignments.
