Why do bearings fail?

We look at operating conditions, running temperatures, lubrication issues, strain factors, and more to determine the root cause.

Common Causes of Bearing Failure?

Bearing lubrication – Without proper lubrication, bearings can overheat. Which can materially increase your replacement and safety costs. Lubrication failure can result from either using the wrong lubricant, unsatisfactory lubrication, or even a complete breakdown of the lubrication. Another challenge with lubricated bearings is that excess grease can attract dust and other contaminants that can impair the service lifespan.

Temperature - Thicker bearing wall can resist higher temperatures than a thin-walled plastic bearing. Whereas heat build-up is more in thick-walled bushes. Consider plastic bearings for good heat extravagance and a higher PV value.

Today we'll talk about KZ DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARINGS this Ball bearing has are a rolling-element that performs three main functions while facilitating speed: it carries loads, reduces friction and positions the moving machine parts. Ball bearings use balls to separate two "races", or bearing rings, to reduce surface contact and friction in the mounting planes.

Ball bearings are a regularly used type of bearings and are found in many everyday items, such as skateboards, mixers, bicycles, DVD players, and printers. This type of bearing is commonly used in applications that have high speed and low load.

Deep groove ball bearings are among the most widely consumed type of bearings in the world.
