Thermoplastic Bearing Units
Thermoplastic Bearing Units are corrosion resistant units for various applications and are needed for the environments of clean operating. Thermoplastic bearing units provide the desirable thermal, electrical and mechanical properties that offer the standard products. The exclusive features of the thermoplastic bearing are solid base, bolt grommets, stainless steel wide inner ring and others. Thermoplastic Housings are dimensionally interchangeable with conventional cast-iron housings, are maintenance free with excellent mechanical strength, stiffness and dimensional stability that will never rust or corrode.
Cast Iron Bearing Units
The main feature of cast iron bearing units is their ability to support heavy loads without generating vibrations. This type of bearing unit can be supplied with a special lubricator allowing the periodic re-greasing of the bearing. The hole where the lubricator is positioned may weaken the bearing unit structure. In normal operating conditions, the quantity of grease in the bearing is sufficient for the entire life of the bearing unit.

Plummer Blocks
Plummer block is a pedestal which is used to provide support for a rotating shaft with the help of compatible bearings & different accessories. Housing material for a plummer block is typically made of cast iron or cast steel. A plummer block may contain a bearing with one of several types of rolling elements, including ball, spherical roller, self aligning, or metallic or synthetic bushing.
Stainless Steel Bearing Unit
Stainless steel bearing units have ball bearings inserted into housings made of stainless steel that provide superior resistance to corrosion as compared to standard series cast iron units. Stainless steel bearing units provide the excellent corrosion resistance as well as self-alignment.
Pressed Steel Bearing Unit
Pressed steel bearing units have a high rotation speed and high elasticity. These bearing units have a lower mass than those in cast iron, successfully combining their lightweight properties with excellent mechanical resistance. Lightweight, pressed steel unit used in machinery applications with low rotating speed or light load. Features zinc-plated housing, narrow inner ring bearing and full cover metal-shroud seals.
